Watership Down aired for 39 episodes and also three series in 1999 to 2001, on both YTV in Canada and also CITV within the united kingdom, although latter didn't broadcast the 3rd series. It starred several actors, such as Stephen Fry, Rik Mayall, Phil Jupitus, Jane Horrocks, Dawn French, John Hurt, and Richard Briers. Stephen Gately sang a new sequence of Art Garfunkel's"Bright Eyes", that had been contained at the 1978 feature film, while Mike Batt and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra contributed a entirely new score.
