Based on the TV series the movie follows DI Regan as well as DS Carter as they came to be embroiled in a deadly political scandal. Among the leading participants of the government, Charles Baker (Ian Bannen) is about to protect a significant handle OPEC stabilising the world oil market as well as boosting Britain's placement within it.
